Is Donnie Swaggart Married?

Donnie Swaggart, a minister, was married, divorced and remarried. Many accounts suggest that he is currently separated from his second wife, however Swaggart has not publicly addressed whether he is separated or not, so there is no way of definitively confirming his marital status at this time.

Donnie is the son of Reverend Jimmy Swaggart.  He is a reverend like his father, and much of his own career is devoted to travelling around with his father and ministering. Because of his career as a minister, he has become a public figure and there is some conjecture among the public about his marital status. However, while Swaggert comments publicly on many things about his life, his marital status is not one of those things.

On his website, Swaggert reports that he has been doing full time work in the ministry for more than 20 years time. He is the co-pastor of Family Worship Center Church and a member of the Pentecostal faith.

Swaggert has a home in Baton Rouge, Louisiana where his ministry is, however he also travels throughout the world and has visited numerous countries including Australia, Belgium, Canada, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, England, Mexico, and Nigeria, among others.

His website does not specifically address his marital status, and most of what has been said about his separation from his second wife comes from rumors online.
